DPK DEVELOPMENT is a very young, aggressive, dynamic and multi-dimensional company committed to promoting and developing top talent, events, and news to the entertainment industry. DPK DEVELOPMENT was founded and registered with the DCCA in Hawaii in 2005 by David Patrick Kennedy as an alternative to expensive management companies. It is composed of a men’s modeling division, HOMME International Model Management (Home Office: Honolulu, Hawaii), a women’s modeling division, ENVY International Model Management (Home Office: Paris, France), a public relations consulting group, DKPR, and a youth division, DPKids. DPK DEVELOPMENT has booking connections in every major US city and around the world. It books talent with clients, photographers, magazines, and agencies directly into New York, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Paris, Milan, Miami and other major industrial cities.

WHO WE ARE

Founder and President David Kennedy modeled in New York City for four years, from 1977 to 1981, between the ages of 20 and 24, while attending Columbia University. Afterwards he studied abroad at Oxford and attended law school in Boston with a special interest in entertainment law. Kennedy has worked in public relations, development, fashion photography/management, marketing, motion pictures and publishing for over 20 years. David has been instrumental in placing models in Reebok, Armani, Abercrombie & Fitch, Revlon, Men's Fitness, posters,  calenders and other print media. He has also produced special events for various charities and worked on Capitol Hill for several elected officials, including Senator Edward M. Kennedy and Congressman Joseph P. Kennedy II.

For over five years DPK has been discovering, photographing and marketing visitors from the mainland in cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.

DPK is now excited to expand our market internationally to Europe, Australia and Japan. With the many good-looking international tourists visiting Hawaii, we are able to develop and quickly photograph them in Hawaii and then market them abroad to contacts in Paris, London, Milan, Sydney, Tokyo, etc. Already DPK is marketing and managing Hawaii-discovered talent in Sweden, Paris and Russia. Going global, we are helping many young men and women realize their dreams of modeling.
